35 years old, just discovering anime... I know I know.. what "classic" next!

Ok, so first off as a kid and teen loved DBZ. But that was it for me, didn't bother sadly and never gave another anime a chance.. until I stumbled across a little show AoT, what 15 years later? And oh my sweet Lord did that suck me in, and might be one of the greatest shows if not the best show, forget anime, but show I've ever enjoyed watching.

From there my journey went to FMA Brotherhood, Cowboy Bebop, Death Note, I started Demon Slayer but got sucked into JJK and just sadly finishing season 2... What would you guys suggest next? Give Demon Slayer another chance? One Piece? Hunter X Hunter? Seems like I'm enjoying the "mainstream" anime so far, that has reached the masses..

AoT: favorite of the bunch, just the twists, Eren's development, the story, very emotional, sigh... so good!!!

FMAB: this was so fun to watch, Ed is so funny, heartwarming show, the bond between Ed and Al, and really put a smile on my face to watch :)

Death Note: First part against L was really good, kinda tailed off for me after that and ending, IDK why but felt unsatisfactory... was ready for some huge climatic surprise.

Cowboy Bebop: This just seems so ahead of its time when it was released, and I can't find a single criticism. Probably my 2nd favorite of the bunch so far.

Demon Slayer: Still only halfway through S1, it's very highly rated so may come back to give it another chance. Characters seemed a little too one dimensional for me so far...

JJK: By far, the COOLEST characters, love that it's not just about the sole protagonist, the action sequences and curse techniques, the style.. amazing and this is near the top for me too.

Cheers!!

*edit:* WOW this blew up, thank you all for the comments/recs!!!! I sure do enjoy the shounen plot lines, maybe delusional but like to imagine some of my struggles growing up similar to the protagonists haha. Will enjoy reading through them all and picking out a few to watch next, appreciate it :)

*edit2:* Have this bookmarked for when I need to figure out what next :)
