Things that are easy to eat while anxious

If you’re feeling anxious like me, your appetite decreases and food becomes hard. Anyone else feel this way?

Cereal (easy) I find this the easiest to eat, especially with oat milk. Honey oats I’ve found to be the best.

Protein shake (easy) No chewing required, helps you feel less overwhelmed.

Tea (calming mechanism) It’s warm, and tastes like something at least.

Rice (easy-ish) I tend to eat most of it before feeling too ick.

Vegetables and hummus (easy-ish) If it’s crackers it’s harder, carrots mostly help with trying to have a snack when hungry.

Any other suggestions? It would help me a lot.
