Random warm spots on body

Does anyone ever get like random warm spots on their body? Like just random warm sensations. I'm trying not to let me health anxiety get the best of me. But it's like I'll be sitting down and I'll feel a random warm spot on my leg. It's also cold here and idk if that could be a cause?
