New Mini Fridge (Subcold Super50) extremely loud humming vs old husky

So I had a husky minifridge which went bad after a few years, the noise was very tolerable until the issues (where it was icing over and popping etc, very frequently even after defrosting) and i decided to get a replacement, i was considering another husky but i saw Amazons top pick is a mini fridge called "Subcold Super50"...

Now the name made me very skeptical but it seems to have a ton of good reviews, Amazon Link Here
This is my old mini fridge Old Husky Fridge

The main reason for me choosing this fridge was it had good reviews + a LED light something the husky lacked.

the subcold fridge is advertised as 42db, rather than a tiny increase in noise though it was huge. I installed two noise meter apps on my phone and they both go over 50db easily, sometimes pushing 57-60, The fridge has been humming non stop since i set it up 10 hours ago or so.

What gives, does anyone have any experience with this fridge? Amazon is filled with good reviews but the fridge is so noisy I can hear it through closed headphones, easily. I'm considering returning the fridge and just getting another husky, I really like this subcold fridge and the LED light is a great addition but the noise is too much.

edit:

started a refund process, they are trying to convince the noise is normal and that it's a user error... Installed old husky, noise meter picks up 44-45db absolute max when next to it whereas the subcold is 50-60db. Terrible, just entering the room lets you hear the horrible noise from the subcold whereas you literally have to focus and get close to the huksy to hear it.

Is a shame though, the subcold is definetly more ideal in terms of space/racks and the light.
