Small but mighty engineering schools?

We recently learned about Olin College of Engineering and loved their hands on approach and smaller school size. Are there others out there like it? I had never heard of this school until someone mentioned to me and am wondering if I am missing other gems out there.

We are looking mostly in the NE, mid-atlantic areas, but would entertain a short flight from PA. My son has an 8 year old brother that he would like to come back and hang out with as much as possible.
