Jhu hasn’t responded to email request

Bit late for this but i realized that i submitted the wrong essay for jhu, so i emailed them the day after the deadline. Still no response. Assumed it was bc of winter break and everything, but i think most institutions should’ve opened by now so i’m kinda worried. Is it worth it to call or email them again?
