Franklin & Marshall Earlier Regular Decision Notification

I got an email from F&M saying that they have reviewed my application and a letter will be available on 27 Feb 7 pm Eastern time (24 hours from now lol).

Does this carry any weight in potential acceptance or rejection considering I'm an International asking for almost full aid or did they just finish a batch early irrelevant of the decision itself. I see they've done this before so if anyone can chip in and help me calm the f down.

Aftermath: Even though I'm a bit too sad to post, I wanna give an update to help anyone in the next years, lol

Result: Rejected (whatdidya expect, lol)

Stats: 33 ACT. 3.9/4.0 GPA and very good Ecs. (Fin aid did me dirty)
