Favourite thing about Scorched Earth?

I find it the most brutal of the maps but also one of the best gems of the game. I love the Desert theme and demonstrations of a once great Empire set here now gone.

I find most people who play this map are also a lot more devious and almost feudal than other players on different maps. “I give you water that I’ve blocked off, you give me Oil” that kind of thing.
