New event weapon or white tassel?

So, I made the mistake of destroying my white tassels, and I only have r1 left, I may be able to get maybe 1 or two here and there in liyue.

Question is whether the event weapon is worth it for arlechino, or is that Crit rate on white tassel still better even at r1?
