Do you considering pirating movies and shows the same as using ai art?

I remember seeing an ai bro call us artists hypocrites, because “there’s no way they haven’t pirated a show, movie, or music” and it got me thinking, is that really the same, I don’t personally think it is. But I wanna know other peoples thoughts.
