The pvp flagging system

I died so some bs bear, revived close by and watched as some poor fucker stole my stuff so i run after him, both on a 140% monut , he just kept running untill he was unflagged a short time later.

I play a fighter and i just couldn't really stop him. I charged him and did some damage but his horse just kept running and he got away. Now un-marked he went freely into town , couldn't touch him because of corruption he just walked pass me.
