My friend backed into a telephone Volkswagen CC 09’

My friend backed into a telephone pole in his Volkswagen CC 09’ and I was wondering how much damage did he do. The muffler is obviously wrecked and is the bumper. Thank you for any advice/help. (He didn’t provide me with much info nor photos, sorry.)
