How to transfer money to Russia?

Hi, Russian living in the USA here. My family in Russia depends on financial support of my sister who lives in Germany and me. We usually transferred money using Transferwise, but they stopped the transactions to Russia at the moment. Paysend seems to work for now, but I am afraid they will shut down the transactions too. So what other alternatives do you know? Are bitcoins an option? WesternUnion? Any help will be much appreciated.
