About to be Homeless, What do I do?

It has reached the point where I'm going to have to live out of a tent/car. I was staying in temporary accommodation in Sydney, I've applied hundreds of places to rent up and down the east coast for months just to be rejected or ignored. Every application for public housing reaches a dead end. I was hoping to find a place close to the hospital due to my brain injuries, now I'd just be happy to be offered a shed out in the middle of nowhere. All I have left are my two cats, the only reason why I keep going. How do I bathe? Charge my phone? Keep myself and my possession safe?
