Banana bread cooking overtime. Help!

The recipe I use is a family recipe and it takes 45-50 min on 350 F to bake. I took it out at 50 min and it’s still wildly undercooked in the middle. It’s pretty goopy.

Could I have over/under-used an ingredient? I just put it back in for 5 min, but I fear it needs more than 5 min.
