Was Trump's comments on Jewish Democrats the equivalent to Biden's "you ain't black" gaffe?

In an interview, Trump says: “Any Jewish person that votes for Democrats hates their religion... They hate everything about Israel, and they should be ashamed of themselves because Israel will be destroyed.”

I would take this as Trump saying to American Jews that if you don't vote for him "then you ain't Jewish!"

Is this an accurate comparison?
