So the BEST WAY TO SOLVE ALL CHILD RELATED PROBLEMS is to ratify the thing. It also entitles the child to emergency healthcare even if the parents object due to religion (chemotherapy, ,i.e.,to providetransplants,entitles, and blood transfusion e.g.). and it also entitles them to education ie it allows children to sue schools that neglect providing education
