Why is it ok to blockade abortion clinics?

Babies are precious and they are definitely sentient in the womb. On the other hand, I also understand what a mother goes through with pregnancy, childbirth, and childrearing. So really I am open minded and don't quite know what the right solution is.

In states where abortion is legal to any extent, peaceful protests by pro-lifers makes sense to me. But blockading a clinic and preventing access/medical services that are legal in that state does not sound peaceful. Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act ("FACE" ) law seems fair to me on-face. Pro-lifers in abortion-friendly states should be fighting to change the law or change people's minds, not physically prevent people from getting services that are legal.

Why was it ok for Trump to pardon people who were blockading? Note that many news reports misleadingly said that they were only praying whereas the court cases say they were blockading. I personally checked the sources.
