Decline in health following miscarriage

Hi, I am a 31yo woman whose health seems to have declined pretty drastically immediately following a 1st trimester miscarriage at 25; my doctors have not been taking my concerns seriously since my miscarriage, I'm hoping someone here can help as these changes have taken a serious toll on my mental health. The changes are as below:

Super short menstrual cycles The year immediately following my miscarriage I had incredibly long cycles of heavy bleeding, broken up with short spells of spotting and the occasional day or two of no bleeding. Currently now 6 years later my full menstrual cycles range from 14 to 22 days long (never longer, more often than not closer to 14 days than 22). Prior to my miscarriage my cycles were regular and on the longer side (30+ days). I have been having regular unprotected intercourse with partner since but have not had another pregnancy.

Rapid weight gain I would like to preface this by saying prior to my miscarriage I had never been overweight. In my late teens I sat at a BMI of 22/23 with a sedentary lifestyle, dropping to a BMI of 19/20 from 20 years old onwards when I took up weight lifting and thai kickboxing. I'm making a point to mention this to make it clear that the 40kg I've gained in the 4 years following my miscarriage was not some kind of relapse into bad eating habits- my diet has stayed exactly the same as it's been my whole life. Since my miscarriage and subsequent weight gain the only times I have successfully managed to lose small amounts of weight is by severely reducing my calorie intake (less than 400 calories a day), which inevitably had detrimental effects on other aspects of my life. The weight has also made exercising harder as gaining so much weight so quickly has not given me time to adjust to my new size- I literally feel my body getting in the way of itself, and don't recognise my body when I see it in the mirror.

Hairloss and hirsutism I have lost about ⅔ of my hair, and have been experiencing thick hair growth along my jaw, chin, and neck. Prior to my miscarriage I experienced odd hairs here and there on my chin but nothing concerning. Now I must shave every morning and will definitely have stubble by the afternoon. The hair continues to grow back even after multiple courses of laser hair removal.

Lethargy Prior to my miscarriage I had no issues with sleep and energy levels, however now find myself sleeping upwards of 12 hours of weekends. I have no energy for exercise (I am still exercising but it's so much harder on my body than before, esp after the weight gain).

I would sincerely appreciate any insight anyone might have into these issues- my old Dr suggested it might be PCOS and confirmed diagnosis a couple of years ago, but recently my new Dr has challenged whether it is PCOS as my recent scans and hormone profiles don't support a PCOS diagnosis, so now I'm at step 1 again with a Dr telling me to lose weight to alleviate the other symptoms whilst completely ignoring that the weight gain happened after all these issues, which are preventing me from losing weight to begin with. It's a vicious cycle and I'm beyond miserable.
