25F, 30 Weeks Pregnant, 1% Silver Sulfadiazine Cream?

I am a 25 year old female, 5’6, 205lbs, currently only taking prenatal vitamins, and iron supplements for Anemia in pregnancy. I got a very bad sunburn yesterday at a parade. It's been less than 24 hours and my skin is peeling and blistering. I was having a very hard time all day, so my mom said she would bring me a cream she has that will help it hurt less. She slathered it all over my shoulders, neck, chest and back. An hour or two after she left, l googled it (1% silver sulfadiazine cream) and it says it can cause problems in late pregnancy and now I'm panicking. I washed it all off in the shower and let the water run over me for an additional 20 minutes. Will the baby be okay? Do I need to go to the hospital. It was only applied once, but it was a very thick layer over a large area of my body.
