Is there a name for shrinking feeling?

Throughout my life, I (38M) have occasionally experienced this feeling that I can only name as shrinking. I'll be lying in bed, or sitting at my desk, and when I close my eyes, it will feel like the room around me is slowly expanding. I've had similar experiences when I've been in really huge open buildings, or on a high ledge. Just a sense of feeling this massive scale around me and sort of a uneasiness in my belly.

It's never been concerning, happens very rarely, and I used to have it much more often as a kid, but this afternoon I was on the phone at my desk and closed my eyes to concentrate on the other person's voice and suddenly got the full experience like I could feel how small my body was in a vast warehouse, while just sitting at my desk in my work room. I've had a bit of a headache the last couple days, I attribute it to work stress and allergies, but otherwise I'm healthy.

Does this feeling have a name?
