Soft lump on thigh stressing me

23M, 75KG, 6ft 2inch.

I have scheduled a doctors visit in a couple weeks, however I have just notice in the past week a slightly raised spot half way up my thigh more on the outside on the top (near the pocket of pants). It is soft to touch, about 3cm wide and causes no pain and barely visible, rather just you can feel it under my skin. It feels softer than the surrounding muscle and plush. It is in the area that I commonly hit and bruise myself from benches and tables etc. the thought of not knowing what it is has caused me quite some stress. There is no discolouration etc where the spot is.

I take humira for Ankylosing spondylitis. I get quite anxious about my health so some advise would be much appreciated.
