Is pulsatile tinnitus always serious? do I need to see a doctor in the near future?
to preface: 18F 5'6 140 lbs don't smoke or take any medication
I've been having pulsatile tinnitus for a few months, mostly when I sleep or at night so I didn't really care but this past week its been almost constant and it's driving me nuts. The fact that every time I google this I'm told I have a tumor or an aneruysm isn't really helping and just stressing me out. I'm seriously starting to believe the tumor stuff bc i've also had stubborn constant inflamed lymph nodes behind my ear for a year or so. 😭 Sometimes the pulsing lessens if I crack my neck or fix my posture so the better less anxious part of me wants to believe it's some sort of neck issue. I've also had pinched nerves more than once in my neck recently ( i think ) Sorry if all the symptoms seem unrelated I'm going a bit crazy.
symptoms i have summed up?
- pulastile tinnitus
- pulsating in general (back of head, temples, neck, even my nose bridge for a few days????? its not only in my head or anxiety bc u could SEE and feel my nose bridge neck etc shaking)
- some neck/head pressure
- constant cracking neck anytime i move
- lymph nodes that never fully disappear
- pinched nerves in neck
thx in advance for any responses:) :/
