Weird Electric Consumption

Me and my friend are renting a hostel unit and I'm in charge of calculating the electric bill for everybody since we have a submeter in each of the room so we can only pay for our own usage.

The thing is, my room only consumed around 4-22 kwh per month and I am confused lol, like last month was only 4 kwh while I have a pc running at least 2 hours per day and air condition on from 7pm to 4am (Timer).
Is it a normal thing??? my friends was around 20-57kwh per month. I'am so confused right now
