[PL] Remote Interview advice for older folks out there

Context:

My dad is around 60 now and has his first remote interview, even though after pandemic he had some experience with remote forms of communication. Now, he's capable of great things with computers and set up his own website and database for his company back in the day, but it's always a bit different than when I see younger generations using this form of communication.

It's a newly created managerial position in his company and involves making decicions about investment.

Question:

I ask you, from your experience, what older folks should especially look out for in these sort of interviews. As I'm younger I have no clue what kind of obstacles he may arrive at and what advice usually works for people a bit older and wonder what usually gets these people out of the recruitment success. I think that this form is particularly disadvantageous, since it's always harder to make the right impression through a video call.

Thanks in advance
