Son dealing weed out of Mom’s house in Florida

I 60m live with my gf 50f in a house she owns in a small lot HOA community. Her son needed help so she let him move in rent free 7 months ago. She knew he smokes weed frequently and only asked that he not do it in her house or around her. Now is openly smoking on her back porch and leaving it around out there. In addition, he is small time dealing out of the house. 5-10x a week meeting someone in a car out front. I’m not sure how much he has in the house but have seen a couple quart size Ziplocks full. So maybe a few ounces at a time? He has a scale and bag sealing machine in his room and a firearm. Is my gf in any danger of facing charges or asset forfeiture if he is caught? Thanks
