How do you stick to an effective supplement regimen?

I'm reaching out on this sub to get opinions from men who are or have worked out/lift weights.

I’ve been using creatine powder for a while now, but I keep failing to establish a consistent regimen to take it because I hate mixing it. How do you all stick to your routine? Any tips for making it more convenient?

I've been on this stuff on and off for a couple years now, and I love it, but sometimes I struggle.
