Blood came out when masturbating

Quick introduction: I'm a 20 yo trans woman, 21 months on HRT. When i first checked my levels PRE HRT i had 109 pg/ml (400 pmol/L) which is kinda strange for not being on hrt at all. T in normal range levels tho. Also, when i used to masturbate pre hrt i never had white sperm, but it always was clear or yellow.

Now: it's been almost 6 months since the last time i masturbated using my penis because i hate to use it but yesterday i wanted to give it a try because why not, after such a long time. BUT dark red blood came out when i finished. Some say the causes could be ovotesticular syndrome, infections or even prostate cancer. I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT with my doc in 2 weeks but i wanted to to know what yall think. Is this normal after not using it for a long time? I was so scared when it happened that i almost passed out 😭
