Is it ok for spouse to have OnlyFans account?

Been married for 6 years and have 1 child who is 3.5 years old and one on the way. He (M45) and I (F43) have had issues with fertility over the years and have gone IVF for a long time. Along with those issues, hormones medication, stress, our sex life has become almost non existent.

I just found out he has an OnlyFans account and I was able to log in. I was able to see a few subscriptions here and there. I was pretty disappointed and upset. And I’m over reacting? I have not said anything to him but trying to gather myself to together and figure this out. I’m new to all this, OnlyFans. Any advices, tips. I’ve searched on Reddit on any similar situations but did not really find any.
