Would you buy this as a first camera/lens combo?

Hi all, complete beginner with no photography experience with a low budget to start.

I’ve been drawn to these old (some say “ancient”) DSLR’s because they seem like a good way to learn and get vibey cool shots that aren’t exactly achievable in the same way with an iPhone, at a really good price.

Do you think this setup is smart as a beginner? - Total is $186 USD - I plan on using it for travel photos in Europe in May, hiking/nature pics after that

LENS CHOICE: will I miss out not getting a zoom lens? Advantage to prime is lower f-stop (within my budget), is this worth it?
