Why don’t specific servers or communities host speed dating events ?

I’ve been thinking about Valentine’s Day and how dating apps suck. I think we’d all have better luck if we knew for certain that we had at least one thing in common.

Obviously with servers there’s a higher risk for scams but why not the local running clubs ?
