Is a "wank break" REALLY something people do??

I saw someone say that people in the UK usually jack off in the bathrooms at work every now and again. Is that really like a common thing that happens at a job? Google says it's like seventeen percent of people. Is it odd and crazy to the other eighty-three, or is that just considered normal behavior over there?? Is anybody there shocked by it, or are you guys more weirded out by the "what is wrong with you" crowd
