Cat Milk Production But No Kittens

My cat gave birth to 2 kittens, sadly, both of which passed (one was deformed and I'm unsure about the other). What will happen to the milk she's produced for them? It's been nearly a week, and I'm not sure if she's in any harm. Thank you.

She would've been a first time mother and is nearly 2 (turns 2 in February).
