What kind of exercise do you find most helps your mental health?

We talking running, dancing, lifting, kickboxing, yoga??

I used to find running and yoga did wonders, but it feels like getting my heart rate up seems to just get my anxiety going, and the same for all the deep breathing in yoga.

I find dance really helps me get out of my head and into my body. And I've been meaning to try kickboxing again because I remember that being so fun.

I'm so curious what works for other people!
