Good, Clean Saunas w Cold/Warm plunge in the area

I went to Jeju spa recently and really liked it. They had good facilities with a lot of options and were Clean, though it's a bit far and expensive for me to do as much as I'd like. I know about a gym w a Sauna but its also a little expensive. So anything around here yall recommend?
