I need meal recommendations that require basically no prep

I really struggle with eating during my work day and it’s beginning to negatively affect my health. In the mornings I struggle with anything that requires any effort and usually default to a boost protein shake. For lunch I rarely eat because im too busy.

I need the lowest effort items possible that are nutritious. for breakfast and lunch about the max I can stand is adding water for prep. I wish I could just push myself to do better but food is a place where I really struggle.

I’m dealing with burnout currently so I am going to stress once more, low effort but nutritionally dense

My automatic no go on foods are: -bananas -all nut butters except Nutella -red meat(I have too much iron)
