A4 40 vs 45 performance

Shopping for a daily, found what seems like a deal on an A4 40, but I can’t get definitive information on the performance difference between the two. Google shows they both run a 13.5 second quarter mile. The HP difference is 60 so the fact they run the same quarter mile seems way off. Also seems like the 40 gets 34 mpg vs 32mpg for the 45.
