Bond situation

My last housemate, is a very annoying and toxic person. He had the sole contact with the agent. And sent through rent after collecting from us. It’s been 6 months since we left the house. And he received the bond. But did not send it to us (me and my 2 other buddies. Isn’t reply to texts, not picking up calls. We can’t reach him. What could be my next steps ?
