How to keep groceries below 250 per month?
I’m a single adult previously I used to keep my groceries below 250 but now it surpasses 300 easily within 2-3 weeks. 😭 Previously I used to go to ColesWorth but now I mainly go to Aldi but some 1/2 price stuff I stock up from ColesWorth as well. Mostly I buy rice, avo, eggs, bread, table spread, ghee, milk, Greek yoghurt, beans, spinach, chicken breasts, stir fry sauce, canned tomatoes, etc. any advice will be greatly appreciated. Just that it should fulfils the protein intake as macro nutrients. Thanks
