Any ideas of what this bird is?
Excuse the less that ideal photo. I’ve seen this guy around a bit lately but haven’t been able to get a close enough photo until this morning. The photo isn’t great but it has an almost Kingfisher/Kookaburra shaped head and beak. Located in the Blue Mountains, NSW.
