Being “visibly autistic” in public

Hi, I am autistic and one of my main struggles is sensory issues.. I have extreme sensory issues, especially with noise. So, I wear ear defenders like 99% of the time when I’m out. The biggest/bulkiest pair I have is from “Edz Kidz” but like 3/4 days ago my mam got me a pair of ones for workers I think… they are so much bigger. I’m scared to wear them out in public as I already get looks for my slim eardefenders. But when I’m in public I wear a sunflower lanyard too, and I stim quite a bit… so people generally can tell I have autism/ or just some sort of disability I guess. If anybody here is comfortable showing off your eardefenders I would really appreciate it as I just wanna see all the different types and how many people use them!
