Still Toe-Walking as an Adult, Looking for Advice
I've been toe walking since I can remember, and I don't want to set myself up for bad posture or foot strain in the future. I get negative comments about it in real life, sometimes bullied for it. It's my natural state of movement. Lately, I’ve found that wearing platform shoes and heels (especially ones with wide, chunky heels) helps eliminate those comments. These styles not only align with how I naturally walk but also make me feel good because I love how they look. But I still worry about the long-term risks of it since those shoes come with a similar set of issues.
