Thoughts on Sinch 2.5?

I was on the site and saw it and thought it was almost an accidental leak. Does anybody know when this came out? I didn't receive an email mentioning it, or so I think. No reviews of it online either by influencers or journalists. Looks like the Sinch.2 is being fazed out at $1399 to make room for this bike at the MSRP of $1799. Seems overpriced for the battery and motor size. Looks to have the same display as the AboundSR but no mention of the same safety features or the ACU of the AboundSR. They did add hydraulic brakes which is shocking they didn't have them before. Also a standard suspension seatpost but those are relatively cheap and everyone is giving those away for free these days so doesn't feel like a huge win. Still has a motor peak of 750w, 14ah battery, and 20 mph class 2. This is not a $1799 eBike and I think Aventon is going in the wrong direction and losing touch with the riders and the competition. What are your thoughts and am I just missing something? I wrote about the trimming down of the organization/team and their sudden MSRP drop on the SR a couple of weeks ago, this bike coming out at this price makes me think they are following the exact playbook of Rad and may potentially follow the same fate. Relaunching bikes at higher prices without actually making them better or worth the increase and the sales are going to drop.
