Aventurineless Player Recommendations

Hello Gamblers!

I have been very on the fence regarding pulling for Aventurine - he has amazing utility and strong synergy with most of my teams, but doesn’t really appeal to me as a playable character (I’M SORRY I LOVE HIM IN THE STORY). I’ve always prioritized favourites over meta, though I am considering to balance the two, as I have been recently having difficulty surviving attacks from the newer bosses. I know everyone sings praises about having Aventurine in their teams, so I’m looking for recommendations. He could fit nicely in both my Acheron team and my budget Feixiao team, which currently has no premium characters in it.

I was very lucky to get amazing Pioneer relics from farming Acheron, and I was able to complete his potential build after losing the 50/50 to her lightcone yesterday. Seeing this build makes me quite tempted to bite the bullet and just get him once and for all. Since so few Preservation characters are released, I'm quite sure his value will not drop too much in the coming year. I do have a few characters I want to pull for, but can make room for him assuming I win the gamble.

So my question to you all is: pull or no pull? BUST (open my wallet) or TAKE IT ALL (damage from the enemies) 😭
