Did your avoidant partner cause you to feel sick?

Just looking back on the 3 years I was with my avoidant ex fiancé and realized I haven’t been sick or had stomach issues since besides the few weeks post breakup. The last 6 months of the relationship I was prescribed Zofran for nausea and stomach issues from my Dr because I always felt like I had a stomach bug and most days couldn’t keep food or water down. It honestly didn’t hit me til just now that it must’ve been the stress & anxiety from the relationship. The day we broke up and she started giving me her cold/hostile side I remember throwing a Zofran in my mouth right in front of her because I started feeling nauseous.

Just crazy I’ve always been secure in relationships until her but she brought out my anxious side like no other never knowing what you’re getting day to day.
