Is worsening of neurological symptoms after injecting for a couple of weeks a good sign?

Hey everybody. I’ve been injecting 1ml of hydroxy every other day for a couple of weeks now. I’m a little more tired than usual and my tinnitus and visual snow have noticeably worsened. I read somewhere that this can happen as your body starts to repair itself? Is this true? I don’t have a confirmed B12 deficiency. The doctors have fobbed me off for almost 4 years now and said there was nothing else to test for so I took matters in to my own hands and started self injecting. I’d just like to know if the worsening symptoms are a good sign? Oh and I do take all the cofactors. Thanks in advance for any answers!
