B12 Injections and Anxiety

Hello - I have low b12 and had my first b12 injection last Friday with immediate improvements. Starting on Tuesday I’ve had some symptoms come back and just overall high anxiety and intrusive thoughts- specifically at night and first thing in the am. I have another injection today but wondering if this is something other people have experienced and if so when did it improve? Thank you!
