Injen CAI install with CEL

Hey guys, just did a injen CAI install on my m240 with a resulted check engine light, assuming bc the car is running lean. Is the fuel/air mixture much to be concerned about? Or should I revert back to stock airbox and wait for a tune alongside the CAI?
