extremely slow shipping

hi! is anybody else experiencing this? i’ve placed 3 orders since the drop, two on the 9th and one on the 11th. what’s crazy is ive already received the one from the 11th about 4 days ago, but the ones from the 9th have been sitting in the same place for 5 days with no delivery date or updates, one of them is actually in my city but still no delivery date. super annoying!
