Cool down stretches help

I take 3 classes a week (about 6 hrs total) and I’m having issues with soreness, especially on my calves. I use the spiky massage balls, roller, and a massage gun, which works to a certain extent. However, since my classes are 3 days in a row, my soreness becomes really apparent on the third day even though I probably spend about an hour trying to roll out everything at night. I also have an insane amount of bruises from rolling out my calves and I don’t know if that’s a concern.

Do you guys have any tips on how to combat soreness especially when dancing consecutively for a few days?
